whonderstruck:

i know so many people will be like why does this matter so much to you?! and its so many things but mostly the fact ive watched her for years and years long for this above anything else (maybe apart from her masters) and she’s finally got it. finally. and it’s symbolic for so many of us who, like taylor, have begged the prophecy to change. it’s like hope that if we can experience the heartbreak she has, then we can experience this happiness too

it’s as simple as I’ve grown up to her songs dreaming about love and I get to witness her living out every single one it’s parasocial but I don’t care

bogleech:

why do the words caregiver and caretaker mean the same thing. Shouldn’t they be rival jobs that undo each others progress

stillgotscars:

we went from “and i wouldn’t marry me either” and “please, i’ve been on my knees, change the prophecy. don’t want money, just someone who wants my company. let it once be me” to her publicly announcing her engagement with a song she wrote about her now husband-to-be… i’m in shambles
